Cancellation & Refund Policy

The website operates on a strict no-refund policy for all fees paid for our services.

Despite our no-refund policy, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a refund may be considered. Refunds will only be considered if the reason for the refund request is found to be genuine.

If a payment has been made in error, such as a duplicate payment, we will review the case and, upon verification, issue a refund for the duplicate payment amount.

In the event that a job posting is rejected by our moderation team and is not published on the Website, a refund for the job posting fee may be considered. However, the decision to refund or not will be at our sole discretion.
